Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities.
Core Hours: 9-3. Provide operational SME support to various branches to ensure accurate and effective Accountable Property (AP) controls exist while working to maintain high level of accuracy. Leverages systems and data analysis to research issues and provide solutions. Assist junior staff in the inventory process and compliance policies to maintain integrity of AP records. Receives inventory, verifies records, applies Bar Code Tags, create and/or update customer database, provide quality assurance to ensure data integrity, and coordinates delivery to owning organization. Provide ad-hoc support for office relocation assistance and small safe relocation. Prepare shipping request, prepare packages for pickup, provides tracking information, and create and monitor Accountable property transactions. Create Responsible Officer (RO) delegation memo. Provide ROs with role and responsibility information. Assist ROs with inventories, discrepancies. Monitor property system to ensure hand receipts are updated, entries are consistent, look for duplicates. Experience with an electric pallet jack.
