  • Job Description

    **Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.

     

    Coverage until 4:30 daily, shared by team. Provide Registrar and training support. Able to work independently. Serve as a back-up vault custodian. May need to open classrooms and break out room and secure vaults. Create ad hoc reports, spreadsheets, and reports as needed to track and compile data. Share/teach best practices and support SOP improvements and course material updates. Schedule classrooms, conference rooms and breakout room reservations in a SharePoint calendar. Exceptional attention to detail. Attend internal monthly/ad hoc/weekly meetings. Prepare and coordinate CONUS and OCONUS training materials working with logistics and field operations. Order supplies, assemble furniture, clean-up, light lifting, and utilize cart to move materials. Submit help desk tickets to repair equipment. May need to travel WMS/CONUS in support of office events on bi-annual or annual basis.

     

     

    Education

    Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

     

    Qualifications

    5-8 years of related administrative experience.
