The purpose of this position is to manage the U.S. State Department’s Consular Affairs Enterprise Infrastructure Operations ( CAEIO ) team that provides mission critical information technology (IT) resources to approximately 250 overseas posts including domestic Passport Agencies, Visa Processing Centers, DoS annexes, and contractor sites. The team also supports approximately 10,000 worldwide clients including 1,200 Consular Affairs customers at locations in the Washington DC National Capitol Region.
The successful candidate will provide hands-on Program Management duties and oversee, among others, the following areas:
Bachelor's Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. Masters Degree preferred.
10+ years of overall IT / Infrastructure Program Management / Service Delivery experience
Must have experience managing at least one large infrastructure contract (Annual Contract Revenues of 60M+, 250+ Direct / Indirect Reports etc.)
PMP or PgMP Certification
A Top Secret or highler level Security Clearance is required
Ability to travel minimally to various sites
State Department experience (preferably Consular Affairs) is highly desired
CONUS and OCONUS PM experience (preferably with State or USAID)
