Principal Systems Analyst
The candidate will provide Software Assurance the government Task Management Tool (TMT) product suite to include TMT and client licenses and the product server. Provide administrator and end user training. Provide custom software engineering, application development, server administration, account management support, and development of workflow routing processes to support mission owners.
The candidate will assist with executing staffing, editing of products in the formal staffing process through the Command Task Management Program before Command Group review, training staff action officers through the Staff Officer Training Program, and documenting trends on an as needed basis. The candidate will serve as a TMT Task focal point along with the rest of the government staff for Component Command counterparts ensuring efficient dissemination of Command-level and Joint Staff delegated taskers, guidance and policy as required and as a secondary duty to the primary TMT support duties.
The candidate will review and analyze all incoming correspondence and requests for command action to determine what action is required. The candidate will determine if formal tasking is required and prepare documents for action. The candidate will prepare and disseminate taskers to responsible parties when required. Controls and coordinates responses to tasking and serves as command's conduit to SJS for suspense extensions when requested and justified. The candidate shall task the provisioning of pertinent briefing/meeting materials to the customer, and review information, to ensure completeness and accuracy. The candidate shall task the creation of specific correspondence to complete actions directed as a result of customer forums. The candidate shall complete and review reports, analyze trends, timeliness of processing actions, status of actions and identify discrepancies or deficiencies.
1.Manage and maintain all CRM applications through testing and deployment of vendor patches for CRM, TMT, and USAREUR developed solutions. Validate and verify solutions are tested prior to deployment, develop and implement mitigation plan for all solutions
2. Provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals, system documentation, and training materials.
3.Troubleshoots complex problems and provides customer support for software operating systems and application issues.
4. Provide advanced TMT and CRM training as requested to partners in established and emergent duty locations.
5. Creates logical data models based on functional requirements.
6. Performs quality assurance review of specifications for internal and external delivery.
7. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
8. Participates in special projects as required.
9. Coordinates with client to define problem, determine data availability, report requirements, and resolve system design problems.
10. Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts, and may have supervisory responsibilities.
Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
8-10 years of directly related computer systems analysis and/or programming experience.
