  • Job Description

    Provides direct management oversight for Regional DEERS/RAPIDS CAC operators at designated location in Germany.  Coordinates with appropriate Chief, Military Personnel Division, Installation Adjutant General, or equivalent along with government or government contractor Site Security Managers, on proposed training plans and yearly performance appraisal input.  Act as the primary manager for assigned installations on all CAC/Military ID Card issuance operations.  Facilitates two-way communications regarding time sheet management, benefits, payroll, and related actions for employees at assigned locations.  Contacts and ensures the preparedness of each ID Card/CAC issuance site and conducts Quality Assessment during site visits to monitor the effectiveness of CAC Operators.  Provides briefings, review statistics, and updates site location code information.  Determines areas where improvements in programs are necessary, points out such deficiencies to appropriate program development staffs in the agency and articulates requirements and justification for program changes in terms of management benefits to be derived with top management officials as required.  Maintain current knowledge of regulations.


    Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.


    Must be a US Citizen.

    Must pass a pre-employment background check.

    Must pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Investigation.

    Must have a minimum one year experience in DEERS/RAPIDS CAC/ID Card Operator experience.

    Must be able to obtain and maintain post access.

    Must be able to comfortably interact in a military setting.

    Previous military personnel support experience desired.
