The JSP Liaison will be the operational liaison between the Air Force Customer and Joint Service Provider.
The JSP Liaison maintains industry best practices for centralizing systems configuration information, restoral plans, internal and external service provider communication plans, and incident response/escalation plans to support to approximately 10,000 customers for a blend of basic and premier customers.
The JSP Liaison will be familiar with ASI processes, Communication Focal Point Operations, and have extensive knowledge of Air Force network architectures and network troubleshooting techniques.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
Project management experience REQUIRED.
Experience (familiar with) ASI processes, Communication Focal Point Operations.
Extensive knowledge of AF network architectures and network troubleshooting techniques REQUIRED.
5-8 years experience supporting Air Force customers REQUIRED.
JSP Experience highly desired.
Pentagon AF experience highly desired.
