The candidate should have detailed knowledge and experience with but not limited to, CISCO Unified Computing Solution (UCS), router & switches, McAfee Sidewinder Firewall Enterprise, SolarWinds, Secure Access Control System (ACS), and other network management systems in support of daily operations and the implementation of any subsequent and future releases.
Responsible for the analysis, administration and support of voice, video, and/or data communications networks.
Assist site personnel with capturing site variances, data migration (as required), submitting/closing trouble tickets (as required) and configuring the AOC baseline to minimize downtime. Augment AOC SPO personnel during major upgrade projects Completion of all applicable Periodic Maintenance Updates (PMU), Fast Tracks (FT), and Out Of Cycles (OOC) by applicable deadlines. Attend site and SPO fielding meetings, as applicable and Track lessons learned and metrics and share with other CSFRs and SPO personnel.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline required.
Security+ certification required
10-15 years of directly related experience in network administration and support.
