Job Description

Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of MCTP Operations Groups that include, but are not limited to:

  • Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
  • Establishes and defines program plan requirements and performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.
  • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
  • Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
  • May perform business development activities.
  • May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced employees.
  • Participates in special projects as required.

Education

BA/BS with 5-8 years’ experience performing administrative and analytical tasks in support of military programs, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

Qualifications

5-8 years of related finance or business analysis experience. 

 

Must have effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in the use of word processing, spreadsheet and other related and relevant software applications

Effective communication skills

Comprehensive knowledge of program requirements and relevant MCTP regulations and standards

Travel: 30% of the Time. 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Must possess an active Secret clearance
