Job Description

1. Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project or tasks. 2. Supervises assigned staff and communicates resource requirements to functional leads. 3. Participates in the development of technical project plans, reports, and all required process documentation. 4. Consistently produces and reviews high level technical services on assigned tasks. 5. Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload. 6. Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary client liaison. 7. Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client. 8. Coordinates development of deliverables and products. 9. Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables. 10. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. 11. Effective management and communication skills. Must possess ability to manage multiple projects of differing disciplines. 12. Continuously works towards optimizing the management of projects and the operations of the deliverables. 13. Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. 14. Must possess Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Must be able to achieve Security+ CE Certification (or equivalent) within 90 days of hire for positions requiring elevated privileges and ITIL V3 Foundation within six months of hire. 15. Additional specific certifications may be required, depending on job assignment. 16. This position may be required to complete short-term deployments to austere locations worldwide. The work is typically performed at client site locations, which requires proper safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment. 1. Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.


2. Professional certification (PMP) preferred.


8-10 years of related experience, including supervisory experience in matrix organizations.

Experience with building and managing schedules in MS Project
Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint and PowerPoint
Experience working on IT projects 
Experience managing personnel across multiple functional areas (e.g. engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, etc.)
Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
