Job Description


Under general supervision, establishes operational databases, software configuration control and system interfaces for computer systems assigned. Maintains file servers, network access; documents and analyzes system anomalies to ensure optimum equipment performance. Prepares system for operational use and support operational tests. Assists with remote control, patch management, software distribution, operating system deployment, network access protection and hardware and software inventory.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) experience required

MCSA Server 2012 required

Security Plus CE required

Requires a good working knowledge of information systems operations

Basic business communication skills

Must be able to effectively conduct and interpret tests, and troubleshoot solutions

Detail oriented and organized; able to understand information systems and ensure accuracy of work

Strong hardware & Software skills

Basic desktop troubleshooting skills



Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.


2-5 years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis.
